Work/Life Balance

We understand that careers are only one dimension of life. Therefore, we strive to provide a workplace that can adapt to peoples’ lifestyles and life stages. We encourage a flexible work environment, providing employees with the opportunity to create a work schedule that lessens child care burdens or allows them to attend their children's soccer practice. Employees set their hours in collaboration with their manager to best ensure work and life balance.

We create a social environment with quarterly social activities (you should have seen the UNIT4 Business Software Easter Egg Hunt!) and with the occasional get together after work.

Health and Wellness Programs

UNIT4 Business Software prides itself on providing the appropriate services and education to keep our employees healthy and well. We offer access to employee assistance and mental health programs. Benefits covered include individual or family counseling, massage therapy, and excellent dental coverage. We provide information to our employees about health and wellness through awareness campaigns and have a weekly walking group to keep employees healthy, well and active. We also have shower facilities and secure bike storage.
