Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant will analyze/review customer needs, support the design of business process requirements and ensure quality of functional design. This role will also support the transition of business needs into Agresso functional and configuration requirements and will test and document the Agresso software configuration as required.    

Job Responsibilities

• Provide estimates for design and implementation efforts along with communicating status, issues, and impacts with relevant client sponsors and process owners. 
• Assist in the analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, people, technology, etc.
• Assist in the development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and, as appropriate, supporting technologies
• Develop deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc.)
• Perform application design activities (e.g., writing functional designs)
• Perform portions of technology architecture and infrastructure design activities
• Perform technology build, test and deployment activities as required

• Support application training for customers, providing documentation for follow up.
• Research and retrieve information needed to serve client needs
• Support improvements in the AIM methodologies, collateral and practices by recommending changes to business process templates, systems configuration guides and implementation procedures.
• Deliver a high level of commitment to client success and provide timely and quality services that meet or exceed expectations
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenging customer environment problems

 Skills Required

• Degree or accounting designation with 3+ years of financial/business experience
• 2+ years of experience with ERP business processes and business process analysis & design
• A solid understanding of the accounting
• Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools preferred
• Strong consulting skills, with demonstrated experience in building strong customer relationships
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret client business requirements and build a solution
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to travel extensively, including international as required. May be up to 75%. Must hold a valid passport and driver’s license.

Location: Home Based - Anywhere in North America

Travel Requirements: May be up to 75%.  Candidates must possess a valid passport and driver's license and be able to travel throughout North America.
