Shelley Zapp

Shelley oversees the operations, product and business development efforts for UNIT4 Business Software.

Shelley is an accomplished IT professional and the driving force behind the 2006 launch into the North American market. Her career of technology and strategic leadership has spanned over two decades designing, implementing and directing the go-to-market strategies of enterprise solutions. Prior to joining UNIT4 Business Software, Zapp spent eight years in the professional services sector of the oil and gas industry where she learned first-hand the specific requirements of people-centric services businesses.

She has successfully managed numerous projects in a variety of industries including financial, health, payroll, human resources, utility billing and agriculture in both the private and public sectors.

Since joining Agresso in 1999, Shelley has quickly moved up through the ranks in development and operations and in 2004 was named President, Agresso North America. Shelley has since presided over several years of high double-digit revenue growth and has prepared the company for continuing success.

Leading with solid industry insight and an in-depth understanding of the UNIT4 Business Software solutions, databases and architectures, Shelley intends to position the company as a leader in the North American business software market by targeting a new multi-billion-dollar cross-vertical niche that the corporation calls “BLINC” – Businesses Living IN Change.
