North American Agresso User Group

The North American Agresso User Group (NAAUG) is a volunteer organization established in 2006 to support and assist in the development of Agresso Business World. Run by a council of UNIT4 Business Software customers representing a cross section of industry sectors, NAAUG has been formed independently by and for Agresso users.

NAAUG is dedicated to enhancing the user experience with, and knowledge of, the products offered by UNIT4 Business Software through the exchange of information between members, and partnerships with UNIT4 and their business partners.

Why?
UNIT4 is proud to support NAAUG because it means that the Agresso user community in North America has grown and become mature enough to want to establish a community of practice. The existence of a North American user group means that new kinds of conversations can take place between its constituent members and with UNIT4. We share a common objective: to ensure that Agresso Business World continues to be one of the foremost ERP systems for service- and people-centric organizations.

Why an Online Community?
North America is a big region to cover. Imagine the costs and logistical complications of creating a vibrant and fruitful user group if it was constrained to meeting face to face to get anything done. Using the online space allows the NAAUG to have conversations and make progress without the limitations of physical proximity.
