Training starts on day one with Agresso; it is built right into our implementation methodology. Before your systems goes live, you will already have a solid understanding of how things work thanks to the close working relationship your staff and our consultants share during the implementation process. Further training will be built on this foundation.

The courses we deliver cover all aspects of our product modules, from introductory courses to more advanced support and reporting sessions. Whether you are a new customer just getting started, or a seasoned pro looking for sophisticated guidance, we have training options to suit your needs.

Agresso also has an active, independent user group association (North American Agresso Users Group, NAAUG) that offers regularly scheduled training and informational events.

Annual User Conference

Each year Agresso hosts a User Conference featuring multiple days of intensive, hand's on training sessions, as well as workshops and valuable plenary sessions. This one-of-a-kind event provides you with an opportunity to learn from and network with business peers, Agresso experts, Agresso executives and product experts, consultants, partners and other industry speakers.

Known as the Agresso Academy, it is our biggest training event of the year and typically very well-attended. Class sizes are small, laptops are provided and a full range of courses cover topics for all experience levels. Course pre-requisites make it easy to determine which courses are for you.
