• End users can extend the details captured to include any new information.  For example, you can add a donor’s spouse’s name, their birthday, hobbies etc. without software development.
• Assign tasks to staff within your organization and provide, due dates, and reminders to keep donor management processes on track.
• Use UNIT4's donor management software to create campaigns to target specific donor types; develop follow-up processes using easy drag-and-drop workflow tools and track and report on your success.  You can also record time and expenses against each campaign.

Agresso can also integrate with other fundraising and donor management packages via industry-standard interfaces (e.g. XML).
