Donor reporting

Meeting the diverse reporting requirements of various donors is a growing challenge for non-profit organizations and NGOs, consuming time and resources. Agresso makes it easy, offering a variety of reporting options that give you complete flexibility:

  • Create reports in multiple formats, business language and detail to satisfy different donor requirements and distribute via email at the click of a button.
  • Deploy dashboard metrics by donor across your intranet or Sharepoint portal.
  • Automatically convert and consolidate/report companies in different currencies through a single reporting currency (values are calculated and retained in real-time at transaction entry).
  • Provide reports by manager, department/business unit, etc. and maintain distribution workflow from central locale.
  • Generate reports showing when documents were sent, received, or approved, what is completed, what is pending, etc.
  • Create automated reminders, emailing staff if a task is outstanding beyond a defined period of time, and escalating the task to a manager/supervisor. Define “out of office” substitutes via self -service.

Government reporting

  • Dashboards with KPIs provide executives with an immediate, real time view of finances. 
  • Personalized delivery of key information such as graphs, tables, reports or external data in a single view helps users be more efficient.
  • End users and managers can use an ad hoc inquiry tool against any Agresso data (from transaction data to master files to summarized balance tables) and analyze it in a variety of ways at the click of a button (e.g. tree structures, pie charts, etc.). 
  • Save reports and inquiries into permission-controlled personal or ‘global’ structures.
  • Automate report generation and focus on exceptions and critical actions. Exception messages are directed to the correct person using the most appropriate messaging method.
  • Many standard reports are supplied and you can easily modify them or create new ones with our powerful, intuitive report writer.  Output these in standard formats and distribute automatically over email or the web.
