Next, that data must be typed into Excel or copied from the Access screens to create a complex set of Management reports. It is a time-consuming, labor intensive process and is prone to error.

With CentralCommand, most of these reports can be run automatically, using data that has already been entered through the normal course of doing business. Templates can be created defining what information is to be included, how it should look and in what format (PDF files, Excel, etc.). Interval reporting becomes a simple matter - the relevant data for the time period is automatically pulled into the report template. Reports can be distributed by email and posted to the CentralCommand self-service web site. With all the manual intervention eliminated, employees are freed up to focus on more value-added work that contributes the agency’s bottom line.
